About Valarie Grace

Valarie R. Grace began singing as a little girl and received her first touch from God while staying with her grandmother, the late Mother Essie B. Prophet in Thomasville, Georgia.  Since then, prophecies have followed her and established her ministry of preaching and singing before nations.  This Florida native attended Miami Northwestern Senior High and is also a graduate of FIU with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology.

Many may remember this dynamic singer in the early 80's as a featured lead female vocalist of the legendary, Blue Notes. During this time she also did studio background for the international group Exposé and shared the same label with them on Pantera Records.  She has also sung internationally and done various projects as a background singer.  After giving her life to the Lord and turning down several secular contracts, God has used her mightily to sing songs of deliverance, thereby setting many captives free and bringing solace to the brokenhearted.  Her extensive experience as a recording artist before salvation, coupled with the anointing that God has placed on her life now, allows this woman of God to understand and counsel with those who have been saved inside of the music industry. 

Valarie Grace is also a veteran dancer and well sought-out choreographer of liturgical dance.  She recently choreographed the 2004 Table of Brotherhood Celebration, held at the Gusman Center and sponsored by the City of Miami and the local Martin Luther King, Jr. Foundation.  As the wife of Melvin W. Grace, Jr., Senior Pastor, this diverse woman of God also serves as the Assistant Pastor and COO of God's Total Word Ministries, Inc.  While in ministry, she was inspired in 1994 to spearhead a ministry for women called the Committed Women of Zion , of which she is the director.  This ministry caters not only to the spiritual needs of women, but touches the woman as a whole: mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially; a whole and complete “Woman of Zion ”.

Valarie Grace, God's true instrument of glory, maintains an attitude of prophetic praise and true worship.  Skillful, wise, and gentle, this Vessel of Honor unites with other women to go back and retrieve what the enemy has stolen and resurrect that which the enemy has deemed dead.
